LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American professional basketball player that plays with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. King James, he's widely thought of as the best player of all-time and often is compared with Michael Jordan during debates about the greatest basketball player of all time. James has been awarded four NBA championships and four NBA MVP awards and four NBA Finals MVP awards three All-Star MVP awards and two Olympic gold medals. James has the world record of having the top amount of points scored during the post-season, second best overall career score and 7th most career assists. James is the NBA All-Star has made the All-NBA Team 18 times, an all-time record. He was also selected for make the NBA All-Defensive First Team 5 times. James was the third player to participate in NBA Finals. Eight of the games were in consecutive order from 2011 to 2018. James was chosen to join the NHL75th Anniversary Team. And in 2022, he became the first NBA player to ever score at least 10,000 points in a career. James played basketball with St. Vincent St. Mary High School in his home town in Akron Ohio and was heavily advertised by national media as a future NBA superstar. He was a prep-to pro and was selected as the highest choice of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft in 2003. Following his selection as 2004's NBA Rookie of the Year, he quickly established himself as a premier player in the NBA winning the NBA's MVP award both in 2009 and 2010 James signed with the Miami Heat in 2010 when James became a Free Agent following his inability to win a Championship with Cleveland.
